Hi, I'm Michelle.

I’m a strategist, writer, and facilitator who helps people move from idea to execution, especially when the path forward isn’t clear. With a background that bridges design, tech, and communications, I work across disciplines to simplify complex problems and build systems that actually work.

My career has taken me from managing internal comms and digital transformation projects inside government agencies, to ghostwriting whitepapers for Fortune 500 tech companies, to designing content workflows for small businesses that need traction, not jargon. Along the way, I’ve helped shape AI policy at NIH, advised Google on early Bard UX, and developed frameworks that make generative tools more accessible for nontechnical teams.

I’m always exploring how to integrate AI in ways that save time without ever compromising on quality. That might mean speeding up research, automating routine tasks, or testing new ways to structure strategic thinking. But the final output is always human—and always reviewed with care. If a client prefers I skip AI entirely, that’s fine too. I believe the process should serve the project, not the other way around.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to clarity, integrity, and making change manageable. I don’t believe in hustle for hustle’s sake. I believe in doing meaningful work, keeping life enjoyable, and helping others get unstuck. Most big ideas don’t fail from lack of ambition; they stall when the next step feels too complicated to take.

This site is a home for the tools, frameworks, and experiments I’ve created while working through real-world challenges, sometimes for clients and sometimes for myself. I hope it’s useful.
